Happy New Year ! 2013, welcome to my life!

1 January 2013, a new year has just started. I spent the midnight crossing watching lanterns and fireworks over the river of Chiang Mai, Thailand. It felt magical.

I've made wishes, but am not going to share them here...it seems they will not come true  if so:) but just as a hint...it does have something to do with a certain project becoming reality this year. Now I feel like this wish is my backup and I have more hopes and trust that...everything will be all right.

Collecting ideas...any help is welcomed

Currently I am preparing for setting up my cake stall and a home baking business in Prague,Czech Republic.

So far I have gathered few information such as what I need from the legal point of view, what I must have from the equipment point of view and what I would like to bake and sell.

• Will need to register a self employed license (zivnostensky list) 
• Find out requirements for a home based baking business (from food health and safety organization), and based on this...
• Find a flat that meets the conditions 
• Apply for permit from the above mentioned organization
• Contact the local farmer's market and request to collaborate 
• Buy equipment for baking (that involves a lot of stuff)
• And start baking
