Bread Stories - Part 2 ( The Evolution)

Since my previous post on bread, I have baked a lot of bread, shared it with my friends & other customers. I have improved and developed the bread so much that I am even surprised myself. I have especially worked on the RUSTIC BREAD. Which is particularly difficult and easy in the same time, to make.

But I overcame the difficulties and understood more about this kind of bread, and managed to find the perfect balance between water, flour, yeast and salt. Sounds not like a big deal, but it took me many tries until I got that beautiful crust, the amazing taste and lovely texture of rustic bread.

This is my first perfect rustic bread. It came out absolutely heavenly.

Our second batch it came out as well really nice, a bit more round-ish since I used a different pot.  I am sorry I don't have a picture of the slice but it went to my friends, as they really love it :)

And last time I also tried to use a traditional bread loaf pan, and apparently it came out nice, I tasted it as I baked it for myself, however I found it a bit too wet, it seems that it needed slightly more flour. As for my own taste. The rounded one went to my friends, which apparently liked it very much :)
